Question:
I want to lose 15 pounds in one month.?
I walk 2 hours (3-4 miles, about)
and I eat about 800 calories a day
I'm 15 years old, and I'm a girl.
I'm about 5'4" and I weigh 170lb
I want to lose about 15 pounds this month.
I looked up, and I burn about 1600 calories a day
(To live or do my daily activities, etc.)
So is keeping my schedule gonna lose the pounds?
If not, please suggest activities so
I can have a healthier body. Thanks, guys!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
