Question: Do abdominal training products like slendertone hurt!?
Im thinking of getting an ab training product like slendertone but ive heard they hurt!. I think my pain threshold is low as i cant even stand waxing!. Do they hurt!? and if so in comparasment to what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

they do NOT hurt although it can feel uncomfortable at first as the feeling of your abdomial muscles contracting on their own feels strange when you're not doing anything! the way it works is via faradism, an electrical current is sent from one end of a muscle to the other via the motor point of the nerve system which creates a conraction down the muscle the way sit-ups do!. start off with the setting on low to allow yourself to get used to the feeling and turn it up over time to build the intensity of the contractions!. this way your muscles won't feel sore and achy if you build up the intensity and time you use it gradually and you'll see results in 4-6 weeks :) xWww@Answer-Health@Com
