My friends are telling me that I am getting a little too muscular and now I don't know what workouts to do

I have been a competitive swimmer my whole life so I always had for the most part muscles so when I went on a new weight training program it didn't take long to get very muscular in the arms, chest, back area. Now I want to scale down but I don't want flabby arms because my arms are used to being a little on the big side. Right now I am just concentrating on legs, light swimming, kickboxing and doing very light weights such as 5 lbs.

I also swim, and was doing weight training. My back muscles where fine, and my arms just toned,though they got a bit bigger. try doing weights every few days, or just 3 days a week, and like you mentioned at a very low weight, many reps, 12 x3 times instead of say 10 5x. and not to the point of muscle exaustion. A lot has to do with genetics. while I have slim legs. The swimming just keeps them tone, no bulk added, my arms, are a bit bigger, so I do watch that, and do it less often, and not to the point of muscle fatigue, which is where too much muscle fiber is breaking down, and then regenerating, and building back up.
