Weigh more at the beach?!


Question: Weigh more at the beach!?
okay, i am at the beach!. im 13 and am 5'6
Saturday morning, i weighed 126!.
now, i weigh 128!! how did i gain 2 pounds!?
i eat about 1000 calories a day!. i walk 2 miles a day!. what happened!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah your not eating enough, that can slow down you metabolism and actually cauese you to gain weight!. Also maybe the first time you checked your weight in the morning before you ate!. If you checked later on in the day the second time then that could have messed up the scales number!. But you should be eating about 1200 calories a day!. Also maybe try some jogging, and not all just walking!. And drink lots of water! Also even if your only eating 1000 calories a day what your eating may have an effect!. 1000 calories of fruits and veggies is a lot better than 1000 calories or cookies!. Calories don't even physically exist, they are just a measurment!. make sure your eating the right food as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, 1000 calories is not enough, what that does since you are still growing, is slows your metabolism, which means any food you eat, turns into fat, so eat more, probably around 1800-2200 Calories a day!. and also, your a growing teenager, which means your body weight changes almost daily, i should kno, mine does too haaWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can fluctuate up to 5 pounds in a day because of water weight, what you've eaten that day, etc!. You can't stay one single number!.

When you weigh yourself, try to keep a five pound range in mind!. For example, as long as the scale reads between 125-130 then you are fine!. Trying to focus on one number will drive you crazy!. Believe me, I learned this the hard way!Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg i hate when that happens!. im about the same weight/hight as you!.

try having a routine to follow on your calorie intake i mostly follow 1000, one day, then 850, then 900, then around 750!.

you need to eat more for that much walking, you sound like you're trying to lose weight!.

you're growing, no matter how much you try to lose weight, when you're 13-14 you gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
