What is the most any of you guys have bulked up in terms of muscle and weight?!


Question: What is the most any of you guys have bulked up in terms of muscle and weight!?
I am 5' 9'' 145 pds I am a trying to bulk up so that i can get out of my welterweight division and I want to eventually get into super middleweights (168 pds) eventually I think that would be a good goal for me given my heightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Im 5'9 and went from wrestling at 132 my freshman yr of high school to playing middle linebacker at 215 my senior yr!. I am now 21 and weigh 240 lbs with 8-12% bodyfat!. It depends if im ulking or cutting!. I am an amateur bodybuilder and i will tell you it is all about your diet and training programs!. To bulk up you need to take in around 1!.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight and atleast 120% of your daily caloric needs!. Dont eat crap and you wont put on crap weight!. Its all about lifting and eating safely and right!Www@Answer-Health@Com

went from 5'10, VERY weak 115lbs, to benching 5'11, 170 lbs, bench 240 and almost breaking an 18:00 3 mile!. 26 pull ups!. 2 mins push ups - 103!. i added in a bunch of crossfit workouts!. probably would have bulked more if i didnt do conditioningWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well I'm a powerlifter and we bulk up massive amounts!.
The heaviest I've been is 265 lbs at 6ft!.
Not very easy to reach and harder to sustain!.

I currently eat 3 lbs of oats a day spread over 3 snacks just to maintain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
