Fitness help?

I'm starting a fitmess program tomorrow

i need to build some mucsles on my stomach and arms

how much should i work out for the first day and how shall i improve my program?

Answers:

take it easy for the first couple days, maybe 2 sets of 10 reps for each exercise you do or quick ten minutes on the treadmill will help, and to improve just make sure you eat right and just add more time every 3 times to exercise.
