I am looking to start a weight loss program that will help me drop 30 lbs!. Does anyone have any good advice on how to stay motivated, you know little things!.!.!.thanks in advance!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Print a picture of the body that you'd like to have with your face on it (make sure you're smiling in that picture)!. Put it on your bathroom's mirror (that's something that you watch first thing after you wake up, last thing before you go to bed, and write a statement that sumarizes what you do in the program in 1 sentence right underneath that picture!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've lost 50 pounds on LA Weightloss!. With their system they tell you a certain amount of food you are suppose to eat in a day (starches, vegetables, fruit, protein, dairy and fat) and you then decide how to do it!. I liked it because the program gives you a lot of flexibility (it helps that I like to cook), and it is truly helping you to learn to eat right!. You also can pay for what they call "stabilization" and "maintenance" phases where they teach you how much you can eat at a time for the rest of your life!.

The downside of their program is that it can be spendy!. Although they don't require you to buy food from them, they do have food, bars and nutritional supplements that they push you to buy!. They sometimes say that the bars are required, but if you argue with them they won't require because they were recently sued because of requiring them!.

Good luck with your weight loss! A couple random suggestions include:
1!. Stick with it and try to not discouraged!. You may get stuck on a plateau for awhile, but as long as you keep with it, you'll eventually start dropping again!.
