Question: How can i get rid of my belly!.!.!.pictures included! ( look preggers)!?
ok so i can i get rid of this belly!?
I've always had it, when i was 11 i was wearing age15 clothes!.
I'm a uk size 14-16 and want to be a 8 or a 10!.
I don't eat fruit or veg, and never have done (see my previous post) i have a phobia of them and can' even touch them never mind put them near my mouth!.
i'm 21 and am 5'5 and weigh 12 stones!.
I can't join a a gym or buy any exercise equipement, as i don't have a job!.
I do however have a step machine thing!.
So how can get rid of it and stop looking pregnant, and how many calories should i be eatting a day!?

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

stomache exercise=Lie on the floor, legs straight out, hands at your sides!. Lift your legs straight up (not bending your knees at all) until they're at a 90 degree angle (or close)!. Lower your legs and repeat without letting your legs touch the floor!. For more challenge there is equipment at most gyms that will allow you to raise yourself up using your arms as support and dangle your legs!. You can perform leg lifts there too!. If you're using this piece of equipment, you can make it easier by just raising your knees to your chest!. It's more difficult to raise your legs to a horizontal position with your legs straight!. This helps firm up the lower abdomen!. If you're truly a monster, try doing leg lifts with a medicine ball hanging from your feet!. Or hang from a pull up bar and raise your legs in front of you all the way up to the bar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your pants look too tight which squeezes your belly over your pants which makes you look larger!. Sit-ups and crunches is a starting point for having a smaller belly!. You don't need a gym to exercise - walking, jogging, swimming, and lifting gallon water jugs is all free!. Obviously theres the whole excercise thing, but going on a diet is never going to work unless you're truly prepared to grow up and eat fruit and veg!. The imbalance in your body from depriving it of the essential nutrients is likely to be whats causing you to gain weight in an odd place for girls!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off check your B!.M!.I (you can search it up on google "B!.M!.I calculator) this can determine if your weight it healthy!.
Also to loose weight
you have to burn more calories then you eat!.!.!.
normally in a day you burn off every Calorie you eat, but if you exercise every day you will burn even more !!! you should be eating about 800-1000 calories a day but if your burning extra calories a day, you will be on the right track!.
and if you ever get a temptation to eat junk food, think to yourself that if i eat this i will have to work SO much harder to burn it off!.


to burn it off, i personally run for 15 min a day
cardio is what really helps loose weight
you dont have to run, biking is fine to
anything that makes your heart beaat alot
cause cardio burns fat
other then lifting weights or doing sit ups witch build mucle under neith the fat making you look fatter!.!.!.
