I'm too skinny?!


Question:

I'm too skinny?

alrighty, I lost alot of weight since the spring, and I really don't know why, but the past week I lost three lbs (but I think that was just because we didn't have much food in the house, we fixed that now) but I would like to know how to gain weight so my stomach isn't big but I don't want to be boney, oh and I'm 5'8" and 110lbs, but I REALLY don't want to get fat. I just wanna fix the rib area, and maybe the hips, and my boney shoulders, but definitly nothing on the stomach, and I still wanna be small. lol, Idk why I worry so much, I biggist size I have ever been was a 5, but anyway any advice? What can I do?

Many people are just like you. it's as difficult to gain weight for thin people as it is to lose it for heavy folks.

To gain(control) weight there are three things you must do on a daily basis. (assuming you are healthy)

1) Eat a minimum of 3 (three) meals per day around the same time each day give or take an hour.

2) Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 3 (three) day's per week.

3) Get a minimum of 8 hours of rim sleep Seven Day's per week.

The What the How and the Why I teach people who want to learn. But, you have the basics now the fun is in the journey, Remember the size 5 you are came from a way of life. The size you wish to become and maintain is also a way of life. So just live it sweetie. If want more help this is what I do.
