Hi I am 15 years old 5" 6" 109 pounds and am going to train for football next season extremely hard and I really wanted a six pack by the end of the summer!. Is this possible, and if it is how so and are their any fitness techniques, or machines that can help!? Or vitamin or any kind of other supplements!?!?!? Or specialty diets!?

Oh, I thought this was a beer question!
Sure guy, don't drink so much beer!
Seriously though!. Cut out the sugar and white bread, reduce saturated fats and replace them with good fats like olive oil!.
You probably already have abs, and losing bodyfat will make them more visible!. You must do both cardio AND resistance training!.
You should also try to build up the ab muscles a little!. this will make them "pop" more!.
Train them two or three times a week on non-consecutive days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no reason to have a six pack to play football but there's also no reason to not want to try and get one by the end of summer!. Just work out, it's a lot easier when you're your age!. STAY AWAY from sweets!. Not just candies and softdrinks but cereal too!. If you eat healthy and work out, it's the fastest way to tight abs!. Trust me!. It may be hard to say no to that candybar when you're hanging out with your friends but think of your abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a lot of cardio and ab work!. If you can get to a bench that has an incline where you can lock in your feet, do sit ups on those, do as many sit ups as you possibly can!.!. Don't forget cardio though because you can have the most toned abs but if there is any fat on your stomach your abs won't show!. And also, fitness should first of all be about health, not appearance, that's the number one mistake most people make, that's why people give up after not seeing results after 5 or 6 months!. good luck kiddo!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all is better to do many good quality crunches than a thousand badly done!. just so its clear!.
then keep your diet healthy and as you increase the exercise increase the amount of protein you eat, of course balance it!. drink lot of water to get rid of any toxins and usually it takes a while to get a six pack unless you have been doing exercise prior to that!. keep going and you'll get it

p!.s!. dont do much running it only helps for cardio and this consumes your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude, there are football players out there with six packs that suck at the game!. Do you think the six pack is somehow going to magically make you a better player!?

If you are really serious, then focus on strength training and running and you'll be better prepared!. I'm not saying grow a big gut but do all your sit ups and dont be obsessed with a six pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay i no it might sound weird that a girl answering but anyways
i have a older brother hes 16 and he works out at a fitness club every weekend and 2 days every weekday and he has some kind of milkshake thing(sorry i dont know what it is)but hope that helped!.!.

do crunches, bicycle sit ups, and also regular trunk twists whil holding a 10lb or 25lb plate!. Trust me, if you do these enough, you'll get a six pack, and your abs will feel much stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

6Pack is all about body fat ratio, not so much the machinesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you need a low body fat percentage for it too show!.

So eating healthy, and just doing situps and jogging!.

You need to be dedicated though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't understand why you need a six pack for football!. But if you want to get stronger, lift weights, run, and do pushups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ask yourself why do you really want a six pack!. If you had a six pack would you really be satisfied!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups and crunches!. There is wheel that you can use to roll out on and it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

BUY A SIT UP BAR AND START A AB WORK OUT ROUTINEWww@Answer-Health@Com

i'll have a beer!. wrong pack!. sit ups and crunches leg lifts tooWww@Answer-Health@Com
