Cycling is great to lose weight, whether its on an exercise bike or a normal bike! There's loads of places to cycle to in London!. Try swapping the bus/car for a bike three times a week :) Or walk or run somewhere you would normally go by bike, or just go for a run around the local park :) If you have a dog, take them for an extra walk a day!.
Also cut all your meal sizes by about a quarter!. This will save a LOT of calories and help you lose weight :)
Cut out any foods you eat that are fried, or really sugary or fatty (no more macdonalds or burger king!), although you can treat yourself to it once in a while :) if you used to have a MCD's once a week, have it once a month now :)
Drink more water, but not fizzy drinks or juices as they have lots of sugar in
Eat lots more veg and fruit, although pref!. veg as fruit has a lot of sugar in :) Aim for 6 or 7 portions a day instead of 5 if you want to lose weight!.
Eat less carbohydrate (potato bread etc) and any that you do eat, make sure they're "whole grain!." :)

people will tell you you're only 13 and you dont have to worry about your weight!. this is true!. but when i was 13 i worried as well, i went through an obsessive stage of coming back from school and doing at least 300 sit ups, eating small portions and working out my arms!. It went on a lot and i found myself toning up and losing weight!. 4 years later for me ive put on some weight and im about 8stone but im happy you know!? Im sure this will be a phase for you as it is for many, and you'll learn to love your tummy!!!! just eat right, be healthy, exercise, it could even be just a walk around the park with your mates!. There is no spot reduction of fat by any means!. If you lose fat, you lose it overall, and sadly the fat around belly is the last one to go!. You need to remember a simple formula to lose fat and stick to it!. Exercise and diet control!. You need to do some exercise e!.g!. walking or swimming at least 3 days a week!. You also need to reduce your calorie intake by 1000 calories every day if you want to lose a kilo in a week!. If you stick to this, you will see progress!. Well, I'm in the exact same position as you!. I want to slim down a bit before I start high school also!. I would make a routine of doing sit ups and maybe walking/running along with a healthy diet!. Fruits and vegetables are great for when you want to burn some extra calories off because they are usually low in calories, but high in nutrition and give you a lot of energy!.

I have the same problem but im 28 and already had a baby but I do sit ups about 50 of them every day and Ive noticed the difference after 1 month so girrllll do those situps believe me they work just do 50 every day you canm start off with 25like I did and then work your way up!. The best way to burn fat is by exercising continually for 30 - 45 minutes!. Run, walk, bike, swim, ski, or any activity where you can get your heart rate up continuously for 30 - 45 minutes!. The fat will fall right off!. Don't forget to eat right too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

joging 1st and then sit up, after that go on abdominal(dont know how to call it well but is when u are lying on your back and wake up ur up part of the body and after wakes up ur legs only)u need someone to help u coz u cant do it alone is painfull at beginingWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can just do some press ups and situps, that'll work on your belly!. My husband does 200+ press-ups a day and gets slimmer and slimmer around the waist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
