Cardio exercises?!


Question: Cardio exercises!?
I need a cardio workout that doesnt include any equipment whatsoevere except my body!. also i need cardio workouts that will help me burn lots of calories! Also is it possible to get like model skinny with cardio workouts and healthy eating habits!? How long until a see changes in my body!? And will i stop growing!? [i!.e!. somebody who is anorexic and is really skinny, will they stop growing in height!?]

If possible, use swimming as a way to loose weight!. Depending on swimming experience workouts are extremely different and I suggest you talk to a local fitness club if they have any swimming programs!. Another way is running, start off running 1/2 mile three times a week (mon weds fri) and increase the distance by 1/2 a mile each week until you are able to run 5 miles three times a week!. This will be very demanding on your body so you will need to eat to have the energy to perform this!. If you can't make it, it's fine, go at your own pace and stay within your comfort zone!. Model size is always a possibility, just remember, everyone looses weight at a different rate so don't be discouraged and keep at it!. Really, I can't say if you will stop growing!. Personally, my growth slows during extended periods of exercise (i'm involved in intense competitive swimming and run in the off season) but when I kick back for about 2 months I shoot of like a weed! Good luck, happy dieting, and have fun! Try to take scenic routes when running and listen to music, I find its a great motivator to push on that last mile!. Running/jogging, elliptical, and Swimming (the best!)!. Yes, try Atkins Diet (NO carbs), Pretty damn quick if you try somewhat hard (Atkins is fantastic if you stick with it!. I lost like 90 lbs!. in 6 months)!. depends on how old you are!. If you are anorexic, please get help!. At least drink water and take a multivitamin!. I don't know why ppl think raw veggies and fruit will make them fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
