please help im tryin 2 loose a lot of weight b4 i go swimmin in like 2 weeks i do everything and i hardly eat

Seriously, who are you compairing yourself too!? If your feeling bad about yourself, i'll send you a picture of me, and you'll feel better, garenteed!. I'm going to take a guess and say your between 14 and 18!. You should way between 115-145, depending on your age, obviously your weight is going to go up as you grow, around 16 should be around 145, 14 your just starting to grow, and it will be lower!. But this doesn't mean weighing 135 at like 14 is bad, there are a lot of variables!. And also, if your say 18, weighing 155 isn't realy bad! If your that worried about things, ask a nutritionist, or just a doctor!. DON'T WORRY!!

you seem kinda young(which is weird cuz i am 15) but yeah you seem like a teenager and yeah you are not fat!. My suggestion is eat a BALANCED diet!. I am sure you can ask a parent or relative about eating a balanced diet even if they are over weight they probably still know what a balanced diet is!. I also recommend toneing!. Do some crunches, curl ups, push ups maybe, squats, lunges, light weight training to just tighten everything up!. you can probably do that in 2 weeks!. Just dont use to heavy of weights because you'll get 'manish' muscles!. Use like not much more than 5 lbs!.

o and most ppl feel pressure to lose weight or get in better shape for the suummer with all the beaches and pools and everything!. I have been over working myself and now i have been sore for about 3 days!. So dont over work yourself!.

I have no idea why people assume that starving yourself is the ideal way to lose weight!. To lose weight you need to BURN more calories then you EAT!. You do not necessarily need to exercise regularly to accomplish this, since your body burns calories all day!. Your weight loss will be much more rapid, and you can eat more, if you do find time to slip in some regular cardiovascular exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well you might be eating to little!. Just make sure your doing lots of cardio everyday go jogging or jump rope!. You don't need to starve yourself just cut back on your portion sizes and eat nutritious foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
