no, there is no such thing as "spot burning"!. your body decides on its own were the fat will be burnt in the order it wants to!. sit ups dont burn belly fat, stairs dont burn thigh fat, and curls wont burn arm fat!. all that stuff will do is built muscle under the fat thats there!. your only option it to excercise ever muscle in your body the right way and diet!. then your body will start burning fat all over and your arms will look good soon enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
