what i mean is how long should i exercise a day and how many calories should i eat a day. what should i give up and what are some good goals.

having been through the same thing at age 12, i lost my weight by walking 45 minutes every day and i stopped eating snacks (like coke and chips and such). also drink A LOT of water and don't eat food right before you go to sleep.
