Question: Is this bad!?!?!?
i am 14, 5'5 and weigh 115 what is that considere on the scale!.!.!.overweight/underweight/normal


and i wanna lose weight anyway well actually jus lose my stomach bcus i want it like flat so what can i do to get that!.


and how much did u ppl weigh at my age bcus im jus curious to see if im at an ok spot and i wear a 2 is that oka for my age!?

i would say a little under but basicly normal
to gain a flat stomach do crunches
when i was 14 i was like 5'3 and i was like 120-125 and i was just a lil bit chubby but healthy looking
i think a size 2 is a good size, there are people at my school that are juniors and wear a size 0 and don't even fit in them!. that is completly UNhealthyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its really hard to say what people your age "should" weigh!. Your bodies are changing so much it's hard to narrow in on one weight!. However, I'd guess your right about the norm, probably a little under which isn't bad!.

As for the abs, there are two things you can do!. The first is good old fashioned situps!. Try doing them in the morning before you shower!. Start off easy, maybe 3 sets of 5 or 10 situps!. Don't try to do them fast!. Go slow and focus on making your abs do the work!.

The other thing would be some cardio!. Walking, running, dancing, anything that gets your heart rate up will burn calories, tone muscle and help you look better!. Try to keep your heart rate up for 20 mins to start, then work it up!.

The last thing I will recommend is either taking some pictures of you now so you can compare yourself to them in the weeks ahead or even better, getting a measuring tape and measuring your progress that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are right in the norm!. I wouldnt loose weight if I were you because you could become underweight!. To get a "flat" stomach you have to tone it by doing ab exercises like crunches etc!.!.

Put your pink and thumb just below your wrist and if they touch you're too skinny, but if the don't you're normal!.

You're on the virge of being underweight!.
It is NOT okay for your age either!.
If you were shorter, maybe even an inch it would suit you!.
