Question: Fitness & Workout Question!!!?
Ok!.!.i posted a question earlier saying me and my boyfriend want to both loose 15 pounds by August 8th (because we are going to Ocean City Maryland) which is like 2 months away, so nothing thats unrealistic!. Im drinking more water and eating better (in my opinion lol) butttt!.!.!.!. starting today, I excercised by!.!.!.
30 minutes (1!.5 miles) on a treadmill
25 crunches

If I am doing those everyday of the week !.!.!.do you think I will start seeing results by my deadline!? (aug 8th!?) And if so, do you think that will be enough, or do I need to do more of it or longer of it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're off to a good start, so congratulations on that!. I agree with most of the postings!.!.!.!.!.!.you'll have to up things as your body adjusts to what you're doing!. You should also mix things up!. If all you do is crunches and the treadmill your body will get used to that and not burn as many calories!. I'd add 30 minutes of weight training 3 days a week (or some body weight exercises like pushups and others) and mix up the cardio (vary the intensity, do different machines or better yet, get outside)!. If you only have a treadmill be sure to vary the speed and incline so you keep your body off balance!. Try to do some intervals where you go hard for a couple of minutes, then slow for a minute to recover (but if you've never done much exercise don't go too hard)!. This burns more calories in a shorter period of time!. Work your way up to doing this 5 times during your time on the treadmill or other cardio machine!. This will also keep you from getting too bored!.

As far as eating goes, don't do anything drastic!.!.!.!.!.you won't be able to maintain it and it's not healthy!. Try to eat small meals 5 or 6 times a day, have some protein and fiber with each meal, keep up the water consumption and like your momma said, don't skip breakfast!. This will keep your metabolism running faster and prevent swings in your blood sugar, both good things for weight loss!.

first of all, start out by going to Virginia Beach, it is better!
second of all, losing weight takes effort, 25 crunches is a good start, next week shoot for 40 crunches, and each week increase it by that same percentage!. The same applies to the treadmill, work that up to 4 miles before you go on vacation!. Enjoy Virginia Beach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to be burning more calories than you eat each day!. Do at least 45 minutes of your treadmill each day I would recommend an hour!. Try to keep your heart rate 130-150 the entire time and I guarantee you will see results by then, if you do this everyday that is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
