Why am I getting a red face and a headache after doing intense exercise?!


Question: Why am I getting a red face and a headache after doing intense exercise!?
I do Turbo Jam and I get a really red face after wards and sometimes even a throbing headache!. Why is this!? I drink enough water and im not starving myself!. By the way, for those of yhou who want to be healthier or even loose some weight this workout is the BEST! It really really works and its a lot of fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe because your body could not handle such strenuous work out!.!.!. I think you should lighten up the intensity!.!.!. or just don't over exercise!.!.!. that may be the cause!.!.!.!. hope this helps!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are overdoing it!. Try taking your heart rate at the end of your workout!. It should only be about 80-85% of your maximum rate for your age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
