Is it possible to loose 50 pounds in 5 months?
I would like to loose 50 pounds in 5 months. Im just wondering if this is a realistic goal? How many calories would I have to consume a day? What type of exercise would I have to do, how many times per week and for how long? Thanks.

Okay let's break this down...
50 pds in 5 mths = 10 pds a month = 2 1/2 pds a week...
Doable
You have to burn 2,500 calories to burn a pd
so you have to do a combination of diet and excercise that expends 6,250 cal in a week.
You don't tell me how old you are and what you currently weigh so I'm going to assume that you are a girl of average height and anywhere for your mid teens to mid twenties.
You should be consuming about 1,500 calories of a healthy diet (here's a calorie counter link for you)

For excercise I would reccomend that you excerise for 40 min. 4 times a week.
