ok i have 2 months before i start school again i need some that works good and fast!no pills ! no surgery eathier!please tell me if u have had experiance i need something thats not very hard and can stick with my schedule ok pls answer now!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on a tread mill for 1 hour a day

For breakfast have oatmeal or fruit
For lunch salad with chicken for protein and healthy dressing

Well, you know what everyone says, because it works, exercise (preferably cardiovascular exercises), drinking plenty of water, and eating healthy!.

I suggest to either start up swimming or running 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes or longer!. These are some of the best exercises you can do to build muscles, which burn fat, creating a healthier new you!.

Of course, any type of exercising in general would help: dancing, volleyball, soccer, playing Wii fit perhaps, yoga, canoeing, roller skating, ice skating, and many other activities!. Explore your options this summer and find an exercise that you enjoy and stick with it!.

Remember to just cut back on your calories, but not too much!. You should be consuming at a minimum 1200-1400 a day!. Eat your fruits and veggies, as well as whole grains!. Try not to consume processed foods that have 30+ ingredients in them, definitely not as healthy!. Slim fast might be something interesting to add to your meals!. The bars and shakes taste delicious and they are choc full of all your necessary proteins, vitamins, and minerals (plus packed with proteins and fiber)!. Don't forget to be drinking about 60 ounces of water a day!. If you sweat more you should probably drink more!.

There is no magic way to lose weight fast without doing anything!. Here is a proven method for losing weight and keeping it off:

First, you MUST exercise an hour a day!. It can be 30 mins in the morning, and 30 mins in the evening, it can be 1 hour all at once!. It can be 10 minutes, 6 times a day!. But you must exercise!. Even just a brisk walk is enough!.

Second, you must control your calorie intake!.
Eat as follows:
Breakfast: 300 calories!.
Midmorning Snack: 100 calories
Lunch: 300 Calories
Afternoon Snack: 100 calories
Dinner: 400 calories
Evening snack: 100 calories!.

Your meals should all be healthy, salads with lots of greens and not much dressing, baked chicken, fish!.
Your snacks should be fruit or granola bars!.
The meals should all end up being about 2!.5 hours apart!. So if you eat breakfast at 8am you should have a snack around 10-10:30!. Then lunch should be around 12:30-1pm, then your snack around 3-3:30, then dinner around 5:30-6pm, then a snack around 8-8:30!.

Also drink nothing but water!. No coffee, no soda, nothing but water!. If you are hungry and it's not time for a meal drink some water!.

I recommend preparing all of your meals as much as possible before hand, like on sunday night bake a bunch of chicken and cut it into portions and put it in tupperware with some salad, 2 for each day!.
