Get a weighted (or even a regular) hoola hoop, and use it 10 minutes a day. The weighted ones are easier to use because once they start going they tend to keep going. I use a 3# one. For the first 3-5 days, you hurt over your hip bones and your abs are SORE, but it really works, and it's fun...you can easily do it while watching TV. There are expensive ones at most sports stores, or cheaper ones on Ebay.
