Question: Losing 5-7 pounds in a week or two!?
I am 5'3" and 114 pounds!. I'm Asian so other girls my age and height who are also Asian weight about 105!? How do I lose 5-7 pounds in a week or two!? I'm not really the type of person that works out!. Any non dangerous diet!? I hear green tea is good!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What ever diet you choose, make sure you're eating a healthy one! Too many times there are fad-diets out there that are waaay to dangerous even though they seemingly deliver healthier results!.Let me explain:

Your body needs three main nutrients known as macronutrients:

Protein
Fat
Carbohydrate

Protein is our basic building block!. Everything from muscles to fingernails is made up of protein!. Eating a diet without protein can cause a LOT of serious damage to your body!. It begins to eat its protein stores (muscles) ALIVE!

Fat is important because it gives the body energy as well as helps the joints in some cases!. Other fats, the Essential Fatty Acides (Omega 3,6, and 9 - most known) are very good for you, and can be found in many nuts and fish!. These help with inflammation, as well as help mobilize the "bad" fats in your body!.

Carbs are actually good for you! The ONLY problem with carbs is that they are the "cheap fuel" that our body needs to survive!. Since these are so cheap, and quick, if they aren't burned immediately, the body stores them away as fat to be used later!. That's where the trouble comes it: we usually don't burn them!. Removing carbs, however, can remove vital vitamins and more important FIBER from our diet!. Many people don't realize that Fiber is actually considered a carbohydrate!. Only: fiber isn't absorbed into the body as a regular sugar, it is actually used to sweep our digestive system!. This is very healthy!.

So I tell you all of this long-winded information so that you will choose to eat a BALANCED diet instead of a fad diet that removes one of these very important macro nutrients: eat for health, not for physical appeal!. If you desperately want to lose weight, try doing some full-body resistance training to help increase your muscle mass, this will make your body burn calories better - even while you sleep!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you wanna lose 5-7 pounds, eat healthy and exercise!.

If you wanna lose 5-7 pounds because all your little Asian girlfriends weigh 105 pounds - well, that's a pretty stupid reason to lose weight!.

I'm only like 5'2 or 5'3 and I can tell ya right now, I'm not 150 pounds but I sure as hell ain't 114 (I wish) so I don't understand why you need to lose even MORE weight!.
