Frustrated with weight loss... can anyone help?!

Question: Frustrated with weight loss!.!.!. can anyone help!?
Hi there!. I am started to get frustrated with this diet!. I changed completely what I put into my body!. No more fast foods, no more sodas, no more candies, etc!. I have been going to the gym for about 3 weeks now and its not a regular gym like 24 hours, its where I learn boxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu, wrestling, etc!. I started off at 205 and after a week!.!.!. I dropped down to 190!. But now, I've been stuck and it goes between 190 to 195 everyday!. I also take hydroxycut (caffeine free) to help get rid of the fat but its not working as fast as I would like!. Any suggestions!? After jiujitsu, I hit the heavy bags and I sweat A LOT!. As soon as I get home, I do weights and sit ups and push ups (on my perfect push ups =) ) anyway!.!. I dont feel like its workin!. I mean I know I have tons more energy but still!.!.!. the scale always shows the same weight (190-195) how can I go down faster!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First of all ditch the hydroxy cut!. That is just a gimmick!. Its total garbage!.

its going to take time but you have to figure out your BMR and MT line!. Then eat at a 20% deficit which might mean eating more then you do!. If you are way below on your calories you will not see results!. Strive to maintain balance with your macros!. Try supplementing with whey protein instead of that junk hydroxycut!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

with all the exercise you are doing, there is a possiblity that you are putting on more muscle!. As you probably know muscle weighs more than fat, so what you should be looking at is your body fat percentage!. i'm sure somebody at your gym will be able to help you calculate it!

You are building muscle, it weighs more than fat!. How tall are you, what is your age!?

Its quite possible you are losing inches - sculpting, and you may not lose as fast as you would like!.
Keep on doing what you are doing, everyone reaches a plateau, and it will eventually come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um do something differnt!. Like exercise wise!. or drink water or diet po!. Could be weight water gainWww@Answer-Health@Com

your fat is being replaced with muscle dont worry carry on doing what your doing or even do more jogging and stuff :) good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

My weight training instructer always told the class that any products don't help in weight loss!.
However,
there's such a thing as EPOC which is Excessive Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption!.
This is how much oxygen (and in turn calories) you burn after you finish exercising!. The higher you can get your EPOC the more calories you'll burn!.
And don't over exercise because overexercising leads to injury :(
One way to increase your EPOC is by doing cardio and then doing resistance training!. When you do harder weights your heartrate goes higher and that will increase your EPOC!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body plateaus after losing weight!. You lost 15 pounds in a week, let your body catch up! It might take a month or two until you drop another 15 pounds!. This might seem discouraging, but 30 pounds in 2 months isn't bad! I might also be that 190 is your ideal body weight!. Everyone is different!. The government tries to tell you how "healthy" your body weight is, but that's not true!. My friend weighs 150 (which is technically fat by the government) but she works out every night and hates fast food!. She is incredibly healthy, and so are you by the sounds of it!. Wait and see how things play out, but don't be upset if you don't lose much more!. If you work out and eat healthy, then you are healthy!. Don't listen to any of the medical studies that say you aren't!. They are horrible =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
