triceps dips off a bench are really good and strengthen your core!.
Triceps kick backs lift a weight from your waist straight back behind you
triceps lifts behind the head are my favorite, make sure to keep you elbows in and arms close to your head, you get so much more out of the exercise when done right Luck, EWww@Answer-Health@Com

I like to mix in rope push-downs on an overhead machine and then dumbell behind-the-head raises!.

Do 3 sets of 8-12, preferably higher weights, but don't do more than you can handle or you're just wasting your time!.

When you're done with that, I like to incorporate one-armed rope push downs!. Just one set till failure, do as many as you can in this "burn-out" set!. You'll really feel the burn and get alot out of your time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Read over this site, and it has links to some really good exercises!. I like tricep dips the best!. To make them bigger it works!

skull crushers, followed up by close grip chest press!.!.!.!.these will isolate the triceps and burn the heck out of them!.!.!.!.!.that way you know that you are working it!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
