Question: Can someone give me a tip for weight loss!? *10 points*!?
I know the basics, exercise, eat healthy etc!. But are there any good tips !? Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
1) A lot of people find it better to eat 4 or 5 smaller meals rather than 3 big meals!.

2) There are very few really "bad" foods, use portion control!. If you want ice cream or something similar, it's better to have a small serving (1 cup) than to deprive yourself and then binge and eat the entire quart!. But do keep healthier foods readily available so that they are easy to eat instead of having to work to prepare something else!. And don't buy the bad stuff - only get it when you really want it - and then just a small amount

3) Try to not eat while doing something else - only eat sitting at the table and concentrate on what you are eating!. Take your time and eat slowly!. This way your system has a chance to feel full and send those signals to your brain before you eat too much!.

4) If possible get support, find a group of like minded people to work at this with and get together regularly to talk about what's working and what isn't!.

5) Remember that any additional movement you do is a good thing!. Try parking 3 spaces farther from the door than usual!. Take the long way around to your office!. Walk to the mailbox a longer way!. Even adding 100 extra steps to your day will help and soon you will be able to add another 100!.

6) Set smaller, more realistic goals!. I needed to lose 75 pounds but told myself that my first goal was 25 lbs!. It makes it more attainable and the easier to see progress!. Celebrate the small successes! Do weigh yourself regularly to see the progress, try to weigh in the morning - you usually weigh less then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to do more weight loss than building muscles you do more cardio (running, hiking etc!.) than weight lifting don't push yourself too hard if you still want to stay commited (weights at the gym) eat small potions and eat slow (known for eating less) you can also take cleansing pills (pills that make you poop alot (trust me girl it helped me lose about 3-5 pounds that week) or if you don't want to take pills there's a drink that does the same oh and lots of water instead of sugary drinks (punch, soda, lemonade etc!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat when you are hungry, even if it means eating 5 little meals instead of 3 big ones!.

Eat after you excercise(5-10 mins after) your body is still pumped so it is still burning calories

If you stick to a lot of protein and vegetables your craving for sugar goes awayWww@Answer-Health@Com

KEEP PORTIONS SMALL

-Eat 1 big portion, and ur inner stomach grows!.
-Go hungrey a tad bit for a meal or 2, its healthier that wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

try going veggie!. u'll drop the lbs extra fast!. u can still eat fish/chicken and stuff!. but as long as ur not eating a lot of sugar then u should lose weight pretty fastWww@Answer-Health@Com
