an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im a guy but it's all the same deal!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Before you worry about workouts worry about the most important things
1) Diet- You have to have a healthy diet and consume lots of water during the day
2)You also are going to need lots of cardio to burn off all of the fat, you can do 300 sits ups every night but if you don't burn of the tummy fat the sits ups are almost pointless
3) For girls I would recommend sit ups, leg lifts, and the bicycle!. These workouts all done after another should give you a full range of work to your lower, mid, and upper abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do sit ups but don't go strait up go to the left and right!. Also lay on the ground and let your legs hover above the ground about 1 and a half inches above!. don't let them touch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
