Dieeeeeet, anyone!?!


Question: Dieeeeeet, anyone!!?
So, My boyfriend left to see his sister abouttt!.!. Three monthes ago!. & He wont be back til Next year, Because his sister is very ill & lives alone!.
Me and my boyfriend still have a great relationship, but theres just one problem!.
WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE PHONE!.
I never do ANYTHING, except talk to him, all day, all night!.
& eat!.
I've probably gained about thirty pounds!. x]

So, what I'm trying to say is:
Anyone with successful diets have any advice!?

I want to loose atleast 15 pounds a month!.
It's not impossiblee, so please don't tell me otherwise!. :)

So my goals are:
1!. Loose atleast 30 pounds, maybe 50!. & get kind of toned, not enough to actually SEE abss, but just enough so my stomachs not all gross!.
2!. Eat healthier!.
3!. Become Vegetarian!.
