I know you are not going to want to hear this but the absolute best things you can get are!.

Good diet
Lots of exercise

Isolating a specific area rarely works unless your overall health has been addressed and pills only make the situation worse!.

For diet!.

Eat what you want in MODERATION!.

Five to Six small meals a day with 2!.5 to 3 hours in between each!. This keeps your metabolism working and your energy levels up!.


For Exercise!.

Find a cardio you can stand and keep at!. If you dont like any of them do a different one every day!. Spread the hate evenly:)

you shouldnt buy anything all that stuff is rediculous just look up the right work outs and do it in the gym you will have way better results nothing is better than working out in the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
