Gain Muscle, Lose Bodyfat?!


Question: Gain Muscle, Lose Bodyfat!?
What do I do if I want to gain muscle and lose body fat!? I don't really need to lose WEIGHT, I just want to get toned, etc!. I am a ballet dancer, and since we're out for the summer, I want to stay in shape, and possibly get more muscular!. Any tips!?

P!.S!. I know that intense cardio workouts have alot to do with it, but running isn't an option for me (it doesn't benefit ballet)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to build muscle you need to do more protein, the average person needs between 75 and 125 grams of protein a day!. If you want to build muscle I would suggest that you do a protein shake after each meal, and I would highly suggest that you do aerobic exercises, it does not have to be running, swimming is a great cardio and so is low impact exercises on a gazelle!. I think that you will find if you do this you will increase your muscle size in a few weeks!.

sorry you can't do both!. You'll have to cut first, bulk second!.

Chances are if you work to lose fat your muscles will develop and look more "toned"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating a clean diet will definitely do it!.!.!. if you can't run then diet is even more crucial!Www@Answer-Health@Com
