Question: Which weight loss programs actually work!?
I need to loose about 15 kilos I was thinking about taking weight loss pills to help me!. What has worked for you!? How much fitness and exercise do I need to do to loose this stomach fat I have!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say to do food combining diets i know a lot of people who have done this and lost loads of weight!. basically not eating carbs and proteins at the same time and easting fruit 30 Min's after a meal as it ferments if eaten with food!. also eat wholemeal rice pasta and bread rather than white!. typically you can eat any proteins with salad and vegetables and eat carbohydrates with salad or veg!.your portions can be huge with this coz when you don't mix foods you don't fill up as quickly!. you can also eat treats with upto 5g fat! hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

None that KEEP it off!. The only way that will happen is if you change your life style!. Three healthy meals a day with 3 healthy snacks a day, 30 minutes of exercise per day and lots of consistency!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
