Question: The best way to drop about 15 pounds visually in a month!?
hey so i have about a month before i vacation yeah i know i should started earlier but its been to hectic!.!.!.anyways i would like to know anyones trade secrets on how they tone up fast and drop those pounds!.!.!.yes i know eat right and exercise lol!.!.!.but i would like to know what u do to acheive this!. i have trouble dropping pounds!. i am infact an inuit(eskimo) and as u should know eskimos are meant to keep on weight and its been like that for many thousands of years to keep from freezing to death but i wont let that get in the way!.!.!.a bit of a detailed plan will be good (oh and im lactose intollerant) such as ei: eat 4 times a day soy milk green veggies and an egg as one meal and then the work out plan that worked for u!.!.!.i said 15 visually because i know that is almost impossible to drop that much in a month!.!.!.it could be 8!.!.!.just as long as u know its gonna make me look a lot more toned and look as if i lost 15!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honestly, you could probably get away with diet pills or some other form of weight loss drug!. It is probably not healthy and not the best option but it is a way to lose weight which is what you are asking for!. The main thing as you mentioned is the genetics!. I happen to be tall and slim due to genetics!. I can eat anything and as much as I want and not gain any more than a few pounds!. I think you should be completely proud of being an Eskimo!.

Don't eat any junkfood and only healthy stuff, you'd be suprised how you can lose so much weight, and your skin will feel glowing and healthy!.

Did u know honey is not bad for you so use instead, instead of desert, if you are really hungry and cereal or sweet fruitWww@Answer-Health@Com

lol on the eskimo part!.!.!.!.I'm Maori and the same thing goes on in our culture!. Beautiful women with beautiful round figures lol!.!.!.!.Anyway!.!.!.the only way is cardio!. I did a 1hr at the gym today then an aquasize class after it was great!. Good luck!. Bigger girls lose weight quicker to start with anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.
