Answers:
Personally I use a sugar-free creamer, I just picked up a caramel flavored one that has no added sugar (uses splenda) and little, 1g of fat per tablespoon!. I think the only real benefit to using something like this is you're not consuming as much saturated fat as what a normal creamer would have, calorie vise the sugar-free one may be lower making it a better choice!. Fat-free vs regular, will more than likely contain some sort of thickening agent, like guar gum, not bad for you at all!. One of the tricks I use to just to gradually add less creamer and sweetener to your coffee, this is just to reduce your overall caloric intake!.
Random fact: Americans number one source of antioxidants is coffee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well check how many calories you're saving!. Even a little bit makes a difference!. I too LOVE coffee, and will not give that up!. I switched to skim milk and NO sugar of course!. I usually do half coffee and half skim milk since skim milk is so weak!. Each cup comes to 30-35 calories, and I get some calcium and other vitamins as well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
