Is it possible to eat only 1300 cals a day exercise every day for 4 months and o!

Question: Is it possible to eat only 1300 cals a day exercise every day for 4 months and only lose 3 lbs!?
Answers:
Look "tongue in cheek" (better than "cake in cheek!" hehehe), some bodies are just, well, hefty! You can exercise all you want, hell you can live on crackers and water, but it really won't matter when your body isn't willing to budge!. We all know those people who exercise 5 times a week, eat like rabbits, and still weigh 300 pounds!

There isn't much you can do, but a lot of people have claimed success with meditation in conjunction with skin massage!. I would replace your exercise time for now with a little self reflection and body loving, and double your calorie intake to get your body out of stubborn mode!. The meditation should relax you, which will give your body the ability to "let go" of your excess weight!. The skin massage will encourage this too!. Just rub various parts of your stomach/thighs everyday for 30-45 minutes in a circular motion!. If your body is going to respond to this regime at all, it will in 3-4 weeks!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are a lot of variables to your question!. One try calculating your BMI (Body Mass Index) if you search BMI calculator on yahoo, you will find one!. Secondly just because you only eat 1300 cals a day does not mean you will lose weight!. A triple whopper from B!.K!. is about 1300 cals, if you only eat one of those once per day you will not lose weight!. If you are eating less than 3 meals per day your body might have slowed down your metabolism and be storing the 1300 cals you do eat as fat!. Thirdly if you are already just skin and bones maybe your body cannot lose anymore weight!. A little more info is needed to give you a good answer to your question!. If your body burns 2000 cals a day just living and you cut your intake to 1500 cals (of nutritious and low-fat foods) and break that up into 4 or 5 smaller meals a day, coupled with exercise you will lose more weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most likely explanation is that while you are burning fat you are also gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat because it is more dense!. So you may have lost 15 lbs!. of fat, but gained 12 lbs of muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

During that time you would have burned over 10000 calories so it's possible!. It depends on your exercise regime and how strenuous it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't burn more then 1300 then sure, your metabolism can take a roll as well, what you eat and when you eat all comes into play!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, especially if your exercise isn't effective!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
