That's not really a diet, in fact it is all pretty obvious!. I wouldn't agree that men lose weigh easier than girls either; I was able to lose 80 lbs in 6 months and it all came down to the very basics, eating right and exercising!. It is all in the willpower and pushing through when you don't feel like pushing through!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
