Need to loose weight in 2 weeks...?!


Question: Need to loose weight in 2 weeks!.!.!.!?
my brothers wedding is in 2 weeks!.and i need to loose weight asap
i am currently 187 lbs and 5!.11 tall!.
I am planning to walk 3 hours a day till the wedding day!.
I am also eating lots of vegetables and fruit with lots of protein!.
Can i loose 10 punds tll the wedding day!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no way, and it is not advisable too, to lose lots of weight in a couple of days, weeks, or even months!. Even one eats less and exercises much, body retains water, economises on energy consumption, and much weight is not lost!. Trying to lose too much weight in a hurry may create serious problem!.

As regards losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks it may yet be possible!. Instead of walking 3 hours a day diversify your physical activities--add swimming, gym, yoga, and some team games!. Reduce amount of food also even if it is only fruits and vegetable and protein, as, if you want to lose weight in two weeks then you have to sacrifice, temporarily, good health (though I advise this reluctantly)!. I also advise to dress smartly (on the wedding day)!. Dress can hide lots of weight (unless you are actually going to be weighed on a weighing machine!)!. In any case, with the sort of action you are going to take (3 hours' walk and eating sensibly) will benefit you in the long run!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fruits and vegetables are good!.!.!.a raw diet would be best (basically no cooked or processed foods!.!.!.you kinda live like a rabbit lol)
