Question: A good way to look slimmer in a month!?
so i have a month before i go on vacation!.!.!.i want to look as if i lost about 10-15 pounds!.!.!.even if i only lost about 7 pounds!. i know that i cannot loose much more than 10 if i try really really hard in that month lol!.!.!.i know all the basics of a healthy diet and i know all about working out where cardio shrinks the fat cells and strength training tones the muscles up which also helps to weight loss!.!.!.my question is what are specifics that u feel are the best way to shrink those fat cells lol!.!.!.u know like a plan!.!.!.pretty much a work out plan and n e thing about foods that someone who is pretty educated about health and wellness wouldnt know!.!.!.i have a hard time loosing weight because of my nationality!.!.!.im fighting thousands of years of genetics since im inuit!.!.!.also because of that fact i drew the genetic lottery and pulled out lactose intollerance!.!.!.for those that dont know!.!.!.milk products are a no no!. lol!.!.!.so if ur secret is milk milk milk!.!.!.sorry cant use that!.!.!.thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I went to the doctors today for my 6month check up!. And I was surprised to find out that I lost 20lbs! Now I know, that in January, I was up those 20lbs!. So I would have had to have lost those pounds within the last few months (since we've been in our new house)!. So here's what I did, and without really having to think about it!.
I ALWAYS ate breakfast!. (healthy cereal, apple and OR banana!.)
About 2hrs later, raw almonds or fruit, nonfat yogurt!.
Lunch, which was a hearty salad of all kinds of veggies!.
sometimes fish tacos (grilled fish)!.
Snack of raw carrots and or apple
A regular dinner but no fried food!. No white breads!. And I ate smaller portions!.
I cut out the sodas completely!. Had NO fast foods!. Drank alot of water!. And stopped eating 3hrs before I went to bed!. I would SOMETIMES walk (maybe 3 times a week) for about 30mins!. I really can't believe I lost that weight!. But I did! woohoo!Www@Answer-Health@Com
