how can i lose fat on my hips and stomach and legs without going to a gym i want to do it all in the house what i can do to lose the weight and i dont want want to be on a strick diet i want to have lost 5 stone is that possible or maybe lower plz does pushups make u lose weight and do crunches make you lose it i am 16 years old and im 17 stone somethin plz i need urgent help and plz no stupid answers i want a full diet plan and exersise regime which i can do in the house without going out thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

i wanted to loose weight with out going to the gym and so i did a lot of dancing!. i would just turn on some of my favorite fast paced music and dance for around half an hour!. if you dont want to dance you can do jumping jacks, or run in place, or do some aerobics!. lift small weight in lots of repetitions and sets to burn more calories!. push ups and sit ups always help!.

as for the eating part!.!.!.!.you should try not drinking sugary drinks or alcohol because they contain a lot of calories that you dont need!. cut sugary and high fat foods out of your diet!. extra sugar will turn into fat if it is not used so be careful!. watch how many carbs your eating!.!.!.like breads and pastas!. everyone needs carbs but you should limit yourself!.
eat whatever you want though but you should limit yourself so you dont go overboard on foods that you dont really need!.

increasing your heart rate while you exercise for 30 min a day will help you maintain your weight!. for 60 min a day will help you loose weight!. dont over due it on the exsercise part!. take 1 to 2 rest days a week for your body to catch up and heal its selfWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can't just do sit ups and push ups, not diet and expect do see any result!. Waste of your time!. Stop being lazy, vut out trans fatty foods candies and sodas, and run a miles every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to wal mart or target or some where and buy a work out video!. I have this one called Boot Camp, Belly Buns and Thighs and it works WONDERS for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do squats in front of the tv!. during commercials stick with one tough move!. Concentrate and force yourself to continue through the entire set of commercials!. You can also watch shows that can help you Gilad Total Body sculpt is a good one for beginners and advanced as well!. Get a mat and do crunches during the shows!. Pick several positions and do 100 of each one, try to get up to 1000 crunches!.
Also stand with your legs far apart and squat, that works your inner thigh do at least 300, or do them in the commercials and do not stop when you are tired, that is how you get results, do them to the point of exhaustion!.

Also do walking lunges through your house or just lunges in front of the tv!. Leg lifts too!. You can get fit in your livingroom as long as you are consistent!. try not to sit while watching tv, exercise instead!.

What helps you lose weight is this simple:

Burn more calories than you are taking in!.

If you eat well but do many strength bearing exercise you will lose weight considering you exercise often and work up a sweat!. Muscle burns more fat, so the more you build the more you'll burn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
