Question: How often do you have to work out in order to keep your muscles toned/built!?
Answers:
I would recommend working out daily!. That is what I do!. You will lose muscle mass if you don't exercise it for 3 weeks, and to keep it toned, you need to go to the gym regularly!. I would say atleast 3-4 times a week of many many reps!. You should alternate between different routines!. ex!.!.
-Chest/Tricep
-Back/Bicep
-Leg/Shoulder/Traps/Forearms
