Urge to vomit??!? help!!?!
Question: Urge to vomit!?!?!!? help!!!?
was just trying to take a tablet that I usually take everyday and I could NOT swallow it, everytime I tried it was like it was being forced out !.!.!. so I couldnt swallow it!.
And just then when I tried to swallow a mouthful of water its all came pouring out of my mouth back into the cup (like I'd vomited)!. I didn't mean to do it and didn't even know it was going to happen!.
I havent eaten yet today!.!.!.!.
Also, I worked out for 20mins this morning on an empty stomach!.

It just means your gag reflex is in full force today!. I take pills everyday and every so often the same thing happens!. Its nothing to worry about!. Give it a while than try again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
