Question: I wanna gain so weight!!!!?
I want to gain weight because I'm close to underweight!. I want to be healthy so I decided to gain more weight!. I want to gain 20 pounds!. Is 20 pounds more noticible!? Also I can't eat much fast food or junk food because I feel very sluggish after I eat this kind of stuff for a long time!. How many calories should I eat!? I already eat about 2000 calories or less!. Should I increase my calories intake!? Also how can I slow down my metabolism!? Because I have a high metabolism!. Are there any others way to make me gain more weight!? What foods should I eat!? Should I stuff myself with tons of food!. Should I eat before sleeping!? Cause I heard eating before sleeping will make you gain more weight!. Please help me gain weight!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't mess with your body's metabolism!. If you are eating well then you are at the right weight for you!. You will naturally gain weight as you get older!. Our metabolism slows as we get older, if you mess with it now, you could be in for weight problems when you are older!. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you are getting a healthy mix of protein, fruits, veg, dairy and carbs then you will be fine!.!.!.don't listen to people who tell you you are too skinny!.

eat more than 2000 calories!.!.!.i am average and i eat way more than that and gain no weight!. i like that you dont eat fast food becuz i feel the same way afterwards!. i gained like 10 pounds when i started a sport from getting a ton of muscle!.!.!.maybe that will help you!. However, you should definitely drink a lot of milk, eat a lot of calcium, generally dairy stuff!.!.!.it really helps if you are still growing, like ten or twelve years old!. Eat a lot of carbs like bread and huge amounts of dairy products!. I have the same problem!. I had to get help for my anorexia though!. I did this and I gained 10 Pounds in 2 weeks!. Just like that! Hope it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's good that you don't eat fast food!. Eat before you go to sleep, and eat all the carbs you like! Try weight lifting also, and situps/squats!. You could also try drinking protien shakes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you want t gain weight dont eat fast foods eat healthy eat 3 to 5 dairy products a day they slow down your digestive region so eat dairy and then eat your meal!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
