Question: I want more fat on me!!! HELP!!!!?
People always call me skinny and its annoying!. They think I eat nothing!. I eat alot and love it!. So I wanna show them I eat food and I love it!. I don't really eat junk food or fast food because after eating it awhile it makes me feel sick!. What foods will give me more fat!? When will I see the results!? I want fat from healthy foods!. Also the main reason people call me skinny is because of my flat belly!. So now i'm trying to make it bigger and rounder!. Its gotten to 29 inches but next morning it gets flat!. How can I make it stay at 29 inches or more without it going flat!. What foods will automatically make my belly bigger and wider except for fast food or junk food!. How can I make my belly organ, the inside of it bigger so it will have more room in it!? Please help me become fatter!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of meat, protein!. Hmmm, milk!. You can trick them from water weight!.!.!. drink a lot of soda or milk or anything, A LOT of it untill you actually feel it sitting in your stomach when you walk!.!. it'll make you appear bigger!. u shouldnt try to make urself look fat! i know this sounds nasty for a girl but u need to look strong!. u should tone up by eating lots of protien and lifting weights!.

Well!.!.!.eating fast food every day will get you there!.!.!.but since you don't want that!.!.!.drink some high protein drinks like Ensure or Boost!.!.!.they are loaded with calories!. I don't know all of your circumstances!.!.!.but b careful in what u r doing!.!.gaining weight is so much easier then trying to lose weight!. There is nothing wrong w/a flat belly!

Well the reason you don't stay 29 inches is because in the morning you weigh the LEAST because you haven't eaten anything!. In the afternoon your in the MIDDLE and at night your your HEAVIEST!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
personally i don't think you should change just because someone tells you those kind of stuff!. but you would probly gain some weight by eating lots of bread, flour foods, pasta's, meat, and not exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Their just jealous - in time your body's metabolism will balance itself out! Love your body for how it is & love the lifestyle you lead!. No point in forcing whats not going to happen! You are ment to be the mean lean you machine right now, later on in life you most likely will fill out!

It sounds like you have a very wonderful body going there!. You metabolize whatever you eat, and stay thin!.!.!. You probably have a great heart rate too, nice and low, slow!.!. and you likely are a pretty good runner!.!.
Umm if you really want to change all that!.!. go and eat a lot of fast foods, late at night!. big macs, lots of fries!.!. poutine!.!.!. and always sleep with a full stomach; above all, don't exercise!.!. take up 'sitting around' you might even take up smoking and drinking coffee too!.!.!. that could alter your wonderful body!.
In fact, if you do all of those things regularly for the next fourty years, you might be able to become diabetic, despite your wonderful genetic array!.!. you could even get to the point where you need a multiple bypass surgery!.!.!.!.

I'm just the same!. I'm 19 and have a 24 inch waist! Rather ridiculous as I eat like a horse!. Try drinking full fat milk, and eating even bigger portions than you are!. Even though I eat a lot it tends to be frequency of when I eat rather than quantity at the time (if you get what I mean!?!)!. I snack all the time, so I'm always eating, but it's better to snack less and eat bigger meals!.
Going on the pill sometimes helps you put weight on too, but it can cause some nasty side effects so I'd only do it if you're desperate and nothing else works!. Good luck! If you ever find a perfect solution let me know! xWww@Answer-Health@Com
