Question: Im always hungry!!!?
Im currently on a diet and doing pretty well with it, im defenetley loosing weight and at a sensible rate, which is good cus that way itll be easier to keep it off!. The only problem is im always hungry for more than I am allowing myself to eat! How do I stop this!?I am eating enough, its pure greed!!! Luckily I havent acted on these hunger pangs yet but im scared I will,and that ill put all the weight back on!!HELP!?Please dont suggest snacking, healthy or not!. I need advice more on how to have the will power to curb my hunger pangs!. Thankyou!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat forms of protein such as chicken, fish, yogurt, cottage cheese, tofu, nuts!. drink alot of water with it!. should take away that always hungry feeling!. ok, but you asked about the power to curb your hunger!. it's a matter of mind over matter!. tell yourself you will not overeat and not eat something you know you shouldn't!. just tell yourself that over and over!. walk quickly away from temptations!. it's very hard at first, but in time you will start to believe in yourself and feel confident about your will power!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on how your are dieting!. Proper way to eat is 6 times per day and in small portions!. I've been lifting weights for years and struggle with the need to eat also (lifting makes you hungry)!. 6 times per day is not always easy to do, so the best way I found to satisfy some of that hunger was to eat oatmeal!. It tends to take longer to digest and a little is pretty filling!. The non snacking route is to stay active, keep your mind occupied on other things, bike riding, reading, walks, stay away from the TV, and drink plenty of water, hunger is sometimes mistaken for thirst!.

Well when you do eat you should eat more foods with fiber because it keeps you feeling full longer!. Plus its normal to feel hungry all the time when you're dieting because A) you're constantly thinking about food because you are on a diet and B) you're body is used to intaking more food and thus is programmed to want more food and!.

Drink More water it helps when you're feeling hungry also try chewing on some sugar free gum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinks lots of water!. If really having trouble, I would probably go to a good doctor who speciallzes in Food & Nutrition - like a personal trainer for your eating habits!. Plus there are certain medical conditions that cause excessive hunger and they can be serious (hyperthyroidism and chemical imbalances for example)

I saw a true tv show where people suffer from a certain condition where they are always hungry (don't know the name of this condition and couldn't find it online)!. But these people get so morbidly obese to the point where they cannot walkor get out of bed - scary and sad!.

My first step would try to find a diet that works (Weight Watchers for me) and if still having hunger problems - I would see my doctor just to make sure there isn't something medically wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anytime you feel hungry, drink a glass of water!. It helps me!

Also, if you get hungry, go do something to keep you busy!. It will help get your mind off of eating!.

Just think about about when you get to your goal! Keep that in mind!. Also, think about how good you feel when you are healthy and when you lose another pound!.

Keep only positive thoughts in your head!

And, of course, make sure that you are eating enough!. Please don't eat less than 1200 calories, it is not healthy for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg please don't even attempt to do the 'kimkins' thing!. that is a huge scam! 'google it', you'll find out every other site says fraud fraud fraud!. also 'google' heidi diaz, she's the head of it!. good grief these people literally starved themselves to death and had their hair falling out, literally!. it is never worth starving yourself to lose weight!.
i personally have just started using the slim shots, and they work some!. mostly it is willpower!. you know the difference between eating healthy and not!. ignore the candy bar staring you in the face, but eat the bowl of strawberries!. i now pay more attention to what i eat, and am able to tell myself that i don't need that nasty donut or piece of chocolate, but i will have a light sandwich and a fat free yogurt!. and i drink LOTS of water!. losing weight by starving yourself is never healthy, but eating healthy foods and cutting out the 'bad' ones will make you lose weight the right way!. and you'll be less likely to put it back on!.

Stop the diet!. Every meal eat a well balanced meal!.(check canadas food guide!.) Every day before school or work go for a nice long walk wiht a friend!. Go to the gym at least twice a week and do stuff like walking on the treadmill and cardio stuff!. Instead of driving somewhere, walk(if it is walking distance!.) This should keep you fit and work just like a diet!.(accept you eat more!.) Check out tips online and in books for tips on how to lose wieght trust me, they work!. All it takes is alot of willpower!. After school for a snack have something like aples and peanut butter or a banana!. Hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes i need you will snack on some healthier food if not you might breakdown and suddenly just decided that you wanna binge eat!. try snacking on yoghurt, nuts and fruits!. these are really healthy!.

you could find something to get yourself busy with when you feel like eating!. distract yourself!.

I am on day #5 of Slim fast, and girl I totally feel your pain!. I am chewing gum to resist giving into temptation!. That works for me, so maybe it will work for you!. Your tummy will still be growling for food ( mine is as we speak!), but as long as your'e keeping your mouth busy, you won't be so tempted to put unhealthy things in it!. : ) But if you do!.!.!.!.just do better the next day!. I had the same problem then I joined my sisters online diet Kimkins!.com!. It's low carb and once you start eliminating carbs one of the side effects is not being hungry!. I have lost 54 lbs!. in 4 months and still shrinking! Try it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
