alrightt thiss is driving me crazyyy ! what kind of excersize can i do to burn fat on my sides and lower back sides !? please helpppppppWww@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot burn fat off certain parts of your body!. Swimming is really good for getting abs though, and running and biking are cardio and are good for burning fat!. Do some butt crunches and squats if you like too!. Good luck!

Unfortunately you can't burn fat in a specific area by exercise!. You will lose fat if you eat less than your body needs and exercise is a good way to help!. It is hard when certain parts of your body seem to store fat!. Hang in there I went from a size ten to a size six by daily exercise, I walk my dog for an hour everyday!. I also use hand weights while walking!. Hang in there, it is a life style not a diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Canada Gal is right about the not burning it from one spot!. However, exercise can help shape the muscles under the fat!. to increase the bulk you need to use high resistance (more weight) over few repetitions!. To tone (what you may be more interested in) you need to use lower weights over many repetitions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One is to spread legs about!.!.!.two feet apart and then put one of your arms up and place your hand on your back and then bend to left side if using your right arm or vise versa!.

another you could do is the washing machine, the one where you put your knuckles together like in a fist and then turn left to right!. it should burn if doing it right and long enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lay on your back and do the bycicle kick and as you are doing this twist your touching your elbows to opposite knees!. running is good!. do back extensions too!. its really hard to get rid of the flab around the obliques!. swimming does not give you abs, i swam for 6 years in school and i never had good abs til track season!. the water actually makes you gain fat cells to help keep the body warm!. but if you swim and run it will counter that!. the more intense your work out the better the results!. you dont have to do cardio for hours!. 45 min is good enough!. just make it intense!. side planks are good too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok so this might be kinda hard to explane but!.!.!.!. you sit in the up right position of the regular crunch!.!.!. then take your right arm move back and forth in simi-circles!.!.!.do as many reps on each side =] =] =] hope this helps ya =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe do some squats or lunges
maybe do some wind sprints
