Belly rolls?!


Question: Belly rolls!?
ok i have some belly fat on the upper part of my belly, and i was wondering what i can do to make it go away in a short amount of time i run 2 miles everyday or every other day, and i do crunches, and nothing seems to be doing anything!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

How long does it take you to run your two miles!? Also, how many crunches are you doing!? Chances are it is your diet!. Your nutritional plan is 90% of the equation!.

i have almost the same problem except the upper part of my stomach is flat but the bottom has a roll!. i do 2000 crunches a day and exercise an hour every day!. but it hasnt really started helping yet!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!.!.!.Everybody has a different body!. Sometimes its harder to lose weight than others!. Watch your diet!. Exercise is important but so is a healthy diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

as you know u cannot spot reduce!. maybe change you diet!. crunches do not help to burn fat they only build muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
