Calories needed?!


Question: Calories needed!?
The last five days i have been eating around 2000-2100 calories!.!.I'm 16 yrs old 5'4' and 107lbs!. I'm really scared to look at the scale becuz im scared that i've gained weight!. I have been rollerblading and working lately!. I usually run about four miles a day but i haven't got the chance too lately and i'm just scared that im going to loose my figure!. I have bad habit of eating a good breakfast, hardly any lunch or supper than eating later at night!.!.what should i do!. and am i consuming to many calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, if your only 107 pounts and 5'4' you are not big at all!.!.!.!. nope not too many calories at all!. If you are worried about it just cut out the junk food!.!.!. Those are many many calories :0

Well you are at a pretty good weight, however since you are young you are active and you are probably losing a lot of those calories that you eat fast!. On the other hand I would try not skipping your meals and try not to eat at night snack on something but do not eat a meal, it might catch up on you later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should not worry to much about weight during this stage of your life, at 16 your body is moving and changing everyday!. Instead focus on healthier eating!. You say you hardly have lunch, your are starving yourself during the day!. How do you function in school without some nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

bad habit of eating a good breakfast!? eating a good breakfast helps you maintain your weight, not lose it!. then for if your eating too many calories, i don't think so, depending on if your boy or you should eat 2000-2500 calories daily so that you can keep growingWww@Answer-Health@Com
