Do the old school exercises,likewalking on your booty,help shape it,or loose it,jumping jacks,touch your toes?

these are the exercises i rember doing,back in my teens, and enjoyed doing,or do i have to find some new exercises,i want to look better in my clothes.thank you

Those calisthenics worked then and will work now, it just may take longer. The older one becomes, the harder to lose weight and regain tonus.
