Pushups or wieghts?!
Question: Pushups or wieghts!?
I have been wieght lifting since christmas last christmas!.!.!.!.about 7 months ago !. have not seen any big results at all!.IM 15 and i wiegh about 128 on a empty stomach and my max out on bench press is only 105!.i stated out benching 70!. i do a split body workout like
monday-chest/triceps
tuesday-off
wesnday-back-bicep
thursday-off
friday-legs shoulders
do you think it would be more effective for me to switch to doing pushups and wieghted pushups!.would i get more results!.
my goal is to increase my strenght not musle size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your not going to increase your strength with out increasing muscle size!. get bigger take whey protein!.do both of the push ups and weightsWww@Answer-Health@Com
