Was I Bulimic?!

Question: Was I Bulimic!?
Ok, I remember about 2-3 years ago (when I was about 14-16 years old), I was pretty self conscious about my weight--even though I was already very skinny!.

I would eat something then about an hour later I would do jumping jacks---I remember doing like 900-1000 per day!. I would also jump rope until my body couldn't handle it!. I recall waking up in the morning with my legs being extremely sore!. This was an everyday routine!.

I would feel bad everytime I finished eating!. I got angry with myself!. Just as bulimics purge to lose their weight and to relieve their anxiety, was my practice of doing excessive jumping jacks bulmic in a way!?

Thank you in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I'd say that it was a mild form of anorexia!. Bulimia has to do with throwing up (purging), so this would be the wrong term!.
