Question: Best exercises and food habits to rid myself of 'Chunky'!?
Thats what I call her, that blob that sits and covers up all over my perfect body!. I need to get rid of her!. Going to carribean in 4 months!. Do i have enough time to do it!? What are some good exercises and food habits to get into!? I'm 24, 136lb, 5'4 tall!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm working on getting rid of mine!.!.!.!. I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer but if you can't do that, I would suggest cardio of your choice 45 min!. 3x per week!. 5-6 small meals a day!. Eat protein at each!. Light/fat free yogurt is a great snack!. Check for the best life seal on foods in the grocery store!. This will help guide you on your best choices!.
