Losing weight help please?!


Question: Losing weight help please!?
Ok so for the past!.!.!.!. 4 months!? I been doing exercise every night before I go to bed (mainly crunches , pushups, sit ups) and drinking about 5 cups or so of water (48 oz cup)!. I have not notice any decrease in fat or any difference at all!. I have gained muscle on my chest and arms but the fat is covering so it is not very noticeable!. I've also noticed that my waist is getting smaller (fit into jeans I couldnt before)

I am 18 yrs old and weigh 230 Ibs!. I want to get at least to 190 in the least amount of time!. I have been thinking of another way that might help with the weight loss!.

I really want to lose weight, but what makes me feel sad is that I dont see any difference in my body at all but I can cope with that and keep on going!.

Another thing I started today was riding my bicycle for 20 minutes!.!.!. Will this help at all!?

you need to change your diet, that's all I can say!. Find a good calorie needs counter and get to work!. riding your bike for only 20 minutes won't do you a world of good, but it's a start!.
the calorie needs counter will help you figure out how much of certain foods you need every day!. this is really important when you are losing weight!. if you do these things, you should reach your goal in the time limit you are considering!.
